Registered Guests Only • Maximum occupancy: 10 • Only guests on the reservation are permitted on the property unless pre-approved No Parties or Events • This is a luxury residential property — parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited • Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation without refund Quiet Hours • 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strictly enforced) • Outdoor noise, music, and pool area use should be minimized during this time Pool + Pool Bar Rules • Swim at your own risk (no lifeguard) • No glass in pool or pool deck area • Children must be supervised at all times • No diving • Please keep the pool bar area clean and turn off lights/fans when not in use Canal / Dock • Use of dock is at your own risk • Secure boats properly and follow local regulations Smoking • No smoking inside the home or Lanai • Evidence of smoking will result in a $300+ fee Pets • Not allowed Cleanliness • Please treat the home with care • Trash must be bagged and placed in outdoor bins • Excessive cleaning required will incur additional fees Security & Safety • Exterior security cameras are in use (for safety and compliance only) • Do not disable or tamper with any devices • No illegal activity permitted Parking • Park in driveway only • Do not block sidewalks or neighboring properties Damages • Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or amenities • Please report anything immediately so we can address it quickly Rental agreement and ID verification required prior to check in.
